These Terms of Service cover the Gome application, "we" or "our") so that you understand the rules governing our relationship with you. About in-app services are an integral part of our business, so please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using or accessing our app or our services, you agree to the following terms of service:

By using the service, you agree to these terms. Of course, if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Buy and Pay

We may provide you with the Services that you can purchase and use through the Services. You do not own these services; instead, you can use them if you purchase enough coins. You will always see the price of an item until you complete a purchase. But Gome does not handle payment or payment processing for any purchases; these are handled by the Apple Store provided by the service provider. Service providers may charge you sales tax based on where you live. For details, please refer to the relevant terms of the service provider.

All purchases are final and non-refundable subject to any applicable additional terms and conditions. And because our service starts after you click buy and we give you immediate access to your purchases, you waive any rights you may have under EU or other local law to cancel your purchase or get Refund. By accepting these terms, you agree that Gome will not be required to provide a refund for any reason.

From time to time, we may provide additional features and/or Services that you request and pay for ("VIP Premium Services"). We may also offer from time to time in its sole discretion, certain VIP Premium Services and certain paid Content and items as part of the Products for free, whether for a trial period or otherwise. Unless expressly stated otherwise, references made in these Terms to the "Services" shall include the Premium Services and all types of paid Content and items offered under the Services.

If you purchase any VIP Premium Service and/or any paid Content and items offered under the Services or App, you hereby agree to pay all charges to your account, including all applicable taxes and transaction costs, in accordance with our standard billing terms in effect at the time the charges are payable, regardless of whether such costs are charged by the Application Stores. Before your purchase, the full and final price of any Premium Service and/or any paid Content will be displayed.

If you purchase Premium Services and/or any paid Content and items under the Services on a subscription basis, you acknowledge and agree that payments will be made on a recurring basis and by the payment method and payment intervals you have selected, until such subscription for Premium Services and/or paid Content and items is terminated.

We may use personalized pricing, that may be dependent on your location or the payment channel that you use.

When you purchase any VIP Premium Service and/or any paid Content or item, you purchase digital content that we supply. Before you make the purchase, you consent to us immediately performing the Service or delivering the Content or item after your purchase. As a consequence of this consent, you can no longer request a refund for that particular Service, Content or item based on your right to withdraw from a consumer purchase.

If you choose to purchase VIP Premium Service, payment will be charged to your Apple account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time with your iTunes account setting. Subscription for the current period cannot be cancelled after activation.

Some of the virtual products we offer are for one-time use only, while others are for repeated use. But note that "repeated" doesn't mean "forever". We may change, modify or delete Virtual Products at any time with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party if we do so.

Request a refund: If you paid with your Apple ID, the refund will be processed by Apple, not Gome. To request a refund, go to iTunes, click your Apple ID, select Purchase History, find the transaction and click Report a problem.

Modification of Service and Termination

We are constantly improving our services and creating new ones. This means that we may add, modify or remove products or features or services, or we may suspend or discontinue services entirely. We may take any of these actions at any time, and when we do so, we may not provide you with any prior notice.

Gome may also terminate these Terms with you at any time and for any reason without notice. This means that we may stop providing any of the Services to you, or impose new or additional restrictions on your ability to use the Services. For example, we may suspend your account due to some violations of laws, platform rules, and terms that you have made in the app. When your account is suspended, you will not be able to use the in-app services.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the service running without interruption. But we do not guarantee that we will succeed.

Furthermore, while Gome attempts to provide a good user experience, we do not represent or warrant that: (A) the Service will always be secure, error-free or timely; (B) the Service will always function normally without delay, interruption or defect; ( C) Any Gome Content, User Content or information you obtain on or through the Services will be timely or accurate.

Gome is not responsible for any content you, other users or third parties create, upload, post, send, receive or store on or through our Services. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to content that may be offensive, illegal, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, for which Gome is not responsible. But we will try our best to provide a good, safe, healthy and clean environment for all users (including you).
